"Starry Night" by Vincent Van Gogh
This weeks selection is an image of the very famous painting "Starry Night" by Vincent Van Gogh. I chose this artwork because it is not only a well known artwork, but it also displays a great representation of rhythm through repetition. You can find the repetition through Van Gogh's use of stars throughout the sky as well as the flowing spiral of the lines that create movement through the sky as if it was a windy night.
